The number one reason people stay with an organization, is also the same reason people leave. If you have a strong relationship with your boss you are more likely to be engaged; if you have a weak relationship with your boss you are more likely to be disengaged. Focus on building trust with your leadership team, and make sure you are selecting the right people to manage your employees.
